Services
Liberation Pathway provides training programs, coaching services, and educational resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Refund policies vary by program and are outlined at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule or cancel. Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through Liberation Pathway's programs and services are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.
By participating in our programs, you agree to use our materials solely for your personal development and not for commercial purposes without authorization.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all participants. You agree to treat all participants, educators, and staff with respect and dignity.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Liberation Pathway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our programs are designed to support your personal development, but individual results may vary.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided in our programs. You are responsible for your own choices and actions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Malta.
