Physical Alignment Educator
Yunuen Rhi, MA, is a physical alignment educator specializing in internal martial arts instruction since fourteen years. She offers a practice, treatments and ceremonial work to regulate Qi flow, uproot chronic pain, increase mobility and presence. With martial arts philosophy as a base, she guides people to self restore bone and fascia alignment and thus their emotional and physical balance. Her approach recognizes that the body carries our stories and that lineage based practices provide pathways to rewrite them.
