Diana Marie Lee

Diana Marie Lee (she/they) is an African-descendent, Cherokee Nation, and gender-expansive elder, health educator, artist, and culture bearer with more than 35 years of experience supporting better community health and well-being for vulnerable communities. Diana's experience bridges public health, community development, restorative human resources, and cultural knowledge systems. Over their career, Diana has supported the capacity of more than 400 organizations and 2,000 leaders to lead with equity and without sacrificing their values or well-being.

An entrepreneurship and exit strategy educator, Diana helps people leave toxic environments and build ventures aligned with their values – work they carry forward in the tradition of their ancestors and mentors. Diana supports people to build or strengthen ventures and organizations with a focus on financial freedom, spiritual alignment, and the practice of joy as a dimension of wellness. When you build something truly yours, aligned with your values and vision, joy becomes possible.

A global practitioner of Indigenous and diasporic knowledge systems, Diana offers programs in Restorative HR, accompaniment coaching certification, resilience coaching, and advanced joy practices, supporting both individuals and organizations in building liberation infrastructure.
